Tips & Warnings
-
Do not forget to write the password down once you recover it. This is important to ensure that you do not lose it again.
-
Avoid entering the wrong password repeatedly because you could lock your computer. Once it is locked, the password cannot be recovered. Be sure you back up all of your computer’s most important files, programs and other information.
If you cannot recover your password, you will have to wipe your entire hard drive to remove your password from the computer altogether. Be aware that some passwords might not be able to be recovered in the Windows Vista operating system.
